Hi, I'm Luke, a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE) with over 15 years' experience designing residential and domestic projects across London and the South East: extensions, loft conversions, basements, structural alterations and refurbishments.
In the past I've held director-level roles and led engineering teams, but today I work for myself, focusing on domestic work.
My approach is straightforward: clear design and drawings, practical solutions and reliable communication.
Over my career, I've worked on many hundreds of domestic projects - new builds, complex basement schemes, large-scale extensive renovations, additional storeys on flat blocks, bespoke timber-framed buildings and many other types of projects. From Georgian townhouses to 1930s mansion blocks to modern new-builds, I've seen and worked on almost every type of domestic building.
All of my work is designed to current British Standards and Eurocodes and covered by Professional Indemnity insurance.
